Sewer Line Collapse in Douglas
A 1960s-era clay sewer line had completely collapsed beneath a residential property, causing sewage backup into the basement. Traditional excavation would have required tearing up the backyard and driveway.
We deployed trenchless pipe bursting technology, pulling a new HDPE pipe through the old line without digging. The entire job was completed in a single day with minimal landscaping disruption.
Restaurant Grease Trap Emergency
A popular Casper restaurant was facing a shutdown threat from the health department due to a severely clogged grease trap causing overflow issues. They needed immediate help before the weekend rush.
Our team arrived within two hours. We pumped the grease trap, performed hydro jetting on all connected lines, and implemented a weekly maintenance schedule. The restaurant was back in operation that evening.
Root Intrusion Discovery
A Cheyenne homeowner had been dealing with recurring slow drains for months. Previous plumbers had cleared the line temporarily, but the problem kept coming back. They called us for a thorough investigation.
Our video inspection revealed aggressive tree root intrusion at multiple points in the clay sewer line. We recommended trenchless lining—a less invasive alternative to full replacement. The cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) created a seamless new pipe inside the old one.
